The battle for the 2022 NASCAR Cup Series® championship came down to four drivers battling it out over one final dramatic race. When the dust in the desert settled, Team Penske driver Joey Logano withstood the challenges from fellow title contenders Ross Chastain, Christopher Bell, and Chase Elliott to claim his second career NASCAR Cup Series® crown. Now, Lionel Racing – the Official Die-cast of NASCAR® – is celebrating Logano’s championship, as well as the season-long accomplishments of Chastain, Bell, and Elliott, with a special four-car pack of 1:64-scale Championship 4 die-cast. The showpiece of this four-car set is Logano’s Shell-Pennzoil Ford Mustang die-cast, which will feature the NASCAR Cup Series® championship logo on the roof and will be produced in Lionel Racing’s shimmering Liquid Color finish. The other championship contenders in the set will feature their standard finish season finale liveries, complete with NASCAR® Playoff branding. In addition, Chastain’s and Bell’s cars will feature metallic foil numbers, just as they ran on track. Each of these 1:64-scale die-cast is built on Lionel Racing’s updated NASCAR® Next Gen tooling and feature realistic details like rolling Goodyear tires, hand-placed decals, a driver-side window net, and more.
