Chase Briscoe made it two straight NASCAR Cup Series victories in dramatic fashion at Charlotte Motor Speedway, edging Joe Gibbs Racing teammate Christopher Bell in a thrilling photo finish to win the 2026 Bank of America 400.
Briscoe started on the front row and stayed in contention throughout the afternoon while the race’s balance shifted between several Chase contenders. Kyle Larson controlled the opening portion and won Stage 1, while Bell charged from 17th to take Stage 2.
The final laps came down to a battle between the two JGR teammates. With Bell closing fast, Briscoe had to navigate traffic while trying to hold the lead. Coming off Turn 4 on the final lap, the two made contact and raced side-by-side to the stripe, with Briscoe hanging on by just 0.029 seconds — the closest Cup Series finish of the 2026 season.
The Charlotte victory was Briscoe’s third win of the 2026 season and his second consecutive triumph after winning the previous week at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, giving the No. 19 team major momentum in the NASCAR Chase.
Now Lionel Racing is recreating Briscoe’s winning No. 19 Toyota as an official Charlotte Raced Version 1/24 diecast, complete with the authentic race wear, grime, tire markings, scuffs, and other race-earned details from the 400-mile battle at Charlotte.
