Dale Earnhardt Jr. 2005 #8 Budweiser Born on Date/Bud Shootout 1/24 Car. For the second time on the NASCAR circuit, Dale Earnhardt Jr. will be racing the Budweiser Born on Date cars. This year, Dale Jr. will be running three Born on Date cars starting with the Bud Shootout on February 12th. The final two races will include the Gatorade Duel at Daytona (Formally 125’s) on February 17th and the Daytona 500 on February 20th. Dale Jr.’s special paint scheme will feature the Budweiser “Born On Date” of the race date.
New Features for cars in 2005 include opening roof flaps and passenger side spark panel detail.
