Fittingly, Decker’s No. 23 Chevrolet Camaro was also in the Halloween spirit at Martinsville. The Wisconsin native’s ride featured a scary-looking paint scheme to promote the new horror/comedy film, “The Manson Brothers Midnight Zombie Massacre.”
