One of those drivers whose cars have received the “Lefty” fantasy scheme treatment has been seven-time NASCAR Cup SeriesTM Champion Jimmie Johnson. Johnson, along with sponsor Ally Financial, have become big fans of Lefty’s design work in recent months. To celebrate Johnson’s final start at Texas Motor Speedway this October, Johnson and Ally tapped Sweet to bring one of his creative designs to life. Johnson will run a special Ally No. 48 designed by Sweet in the NASCAR® Playoff event in the Lone Star State.
